6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be provided at our discretion, provided requests are made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Trial edits are not eligible for revisions.

Excessive or out-of-scope revision requests may incur additional fees.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of your podcast content

• Upon full payment, you are granted full rights to use the edited files delivered

• ConvertPlus Marketing reserves the right to showcase anonymized or approved samples for portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested

8. Limitation of Liability

ConvertPlus Marketing shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data, revenue, or audience

• Issues caused by third-party platforms or hosting services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for:

• Abuse, harassment, or unreasonable demands

• Violation of these Terms

• Non-payment or fraudulent activity
