Refund policy

ConvertPlus Marketing

ConvertPlus Marketing provides digital services, including podcast editing, that are custom-produced and delivered electronically. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are subject to the following refund terms.

1. Digital Services & Final Sale

All services provided by ConvertPlus Marketing are digital services and are non-refundable once work has begun.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that once editing work has started, the service is considered delivered and no refunds will be issued.

2. Trial Episode ($5 Trial Edit)

The $5 trial podcast edit is offered as a low-cost evaluation of our services.

• Once the trial episode editing has begun, the payment is non-refundable

• This applies regardless of whether the edited file is downloaded or used

3. Monthly Subscription Services

For ongoing podcast editing subscriptions:

• Payments are non-refundable

• Subscription fees cover reserved editing capacity and time

• Cancellations take effect after the minimum commitment period of 60 Days.

Any work completed during an active subscription period will not be refunded.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate charges

• Technical payment errors

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the email below within 7 days of purchase.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

Initiating a chargeback after services have begun may result in:

• Immediate service termination

• Loss of access to edited files
